the current demo has some jankiness to it and the ai is waaaaay too easy even on the highest difficulty, but it has a rather deep drift boost mechanic and a point system that rewards stylish driving. there are nu-wipeout-style spin tricks that i'm not really a fan of doing but they also work into this drift boost trick combo system that keeps your f-zero style health/boost recharged. at the same time the game is encouraging you to constantly spend ALL your boost to go as fast as possible and risk having low health and blowing up for that sort of xgra "mach speed" momentum, which also further increases the trick combo multiplier.

the beauty of a racing game is you can always go faster, there's always something to improve, even if the game is a little silly.
for me going fast is zen, achieving a sense of harmony with the machine or in this case the game and the machine used to play it, is the reason to play. sometimes you get a game that throws things at you that are impossible irl and you have to twist your brain around spatial reasoning at high speed which is a fun mental exercise, especially when you are also confronted with the various artistic interpretations of the laws of physics by the game's developers.

The summer heat seems to have effected Charlotte's system in a funny way.

Do you guys ever wonder why certain characters attract certain fetishes? Sometimes it's blatantly obvious, but for example I find it interesting that there seems to be a lot of vore and giantess with Tempo and Haydee, but a character like Kanna from Blaster Master you never virtually see those.
Perhaps it's just Carlyle's Great Man theory in action and it all comes down to which artists stake their claim on goonbait first, if that's true then perhaps it would behoove the creators to get early commissions and shape their character's future in the way they want.
