That cinematic promo trailer had multiple celeb likeness used (hendricks, eisenberg, that GOT guy) but I don't think they were ever going to look like that in-game. Pretty sure the trailer they released after that was more inline with what they would have looked like, but that was still before HSL got canned.
The concept art is from HSL, but Lou is apparently still in the game.
