The NPCs in New Atlantis are randomly generated so you get mismatched abominations like this spawning all the time.

it literally just plugs in random values into the character creator, with no restrictions
so you end up with dios mio abominations

many games do that for random npcs but usually you lock it to values so that it generates generic normal people

I found you can't spawn all 100k at once as my game would crash. Spawning 50k twice however works just fine.

I can handle almost any ridiculous thing in a story but this actually breaks immersion beyond saving.
