I barely play any games released after 2020. But that's due to multiple factors - not much time to play vidya, most vidya is boring or sucks in some way for me, PC is getting old and so on.

True, I suppose Fiends around Vegas are like that, if you don't count pissing off bigger factions and just attacking them.
But I tend to use mods that let me disguise as Fiend/raider for roleplay anyway.

Also, the hardest hitting early game fight for me tends to be around Wolfhorn, because JSawyer Ultimate adds those deranged brotherhood ghouls with plasma and lasers.
