I did get all the missions done, so I'd say the hard cut for completing all missions you have available is before going to Eidos 9/the space station, you will know when it happens because the game explicitly tells you that you won't be able to return, even tho you will be able afterwards, but again xion will be unaccessible

Going into NG+ replaces the cubes with another variant of that clothing, like a recolor. But that only happens if you got the previous version.

I think they should have had the Wasteland be a bit more "mountain" than "desert". Bit more grey and perhaps a bit of snow here or there. The zone already has a lot of verticality and such. And it makes sense the Nest would be high in the mountains right.
In return take the scrap areas and instead throw them into the great desert, giving that a bit more to do.
Wouldn't have taken a lot, just some assets made grey/white instead of red, and moving some piles of junk around.
