Mr. X and Lady D were too slow to ever be of any real threat and had tons of rooms they couldn't enter. Nemesis would have been good if his tentacle grab animation didn't constantly waste your time and he did something other than just chase you down a linear path. The Beneviento house on the other hand is a complete waste of time on replays. 20 minutes each run devoted to some lame modern horror hide and chase sequence that goes on for far too long. And don't get me started on 7's egregious unskippable cutscenes, slow walking and multiple instances of just waiting around for an event to trigger just so you can progress the story. Absolutely kills replayability.

You're probably getting something like 7-8. Grace is the focal point character since the antagonist seems to single her and her mother out specifically, and the BSAA and real heroes gravitate around shit going down. Maybe there's some obligatory sequences where you play as them for the sake of what game it is, but it wouldn't be like separate campaigns.
If the game is 100% Grace from start to finish, not even something like a Chris intermission like in RE8? I'll be genuinely shocked.

I've played REmake plenty of times, the Lisa Trevor mystery still doesn't make sense to me. Like >>713631983 says I've never been able to find an answer and there's no way she set up that cabin in just a month - it's a place that someone's lived in for a while.
She is more 'intelligent' than your average zombie (she can maintain a fire in a fireplace, for instance - it couldn't have been anyone else as they've been dead/zombified for a month by the time we get there), so perhaps she escaped, found the cabin and made it her home while she waits for her mother and father to come back. Researchers at the Arklay lab either didn't care or presumed she was dead.
Or they know she's still alive and know where she is and just let her do her thing, only communicating with her when they need to.
Perhaps one of them felt bad about the horrors she been subjected to and helped her escape and took her to the Cabin where she could hide out and live in relative peace.
