Hello.Basically, there is a cartoony WW2 game called Heroes of Valor. I got banned on it for a reason that i was never made aware of, in fact initially i assumed there are technical problems,because the game had a tendency to disconnect - it stopped connecting altogether.Ive hopped on the discord and joined their server to politely inquire about the situation and on every occasion the moderators have responded nonchalantly rudely and in unprofessional AND VERY JUVENILE manner. Closing tickets instantly, throwing tantrums and telling me to go "play with bots". It was never elaborated why permanent ban was applied. These people are unaware of basic etiquette and the necessity to remain grateful to their customers. Truth is, one scumbag got offended and simply complained to his friend - i know this because they are both Germans and behave like nazis/fascists in this situation. But what alarms me the most is the attitude of these moderators which pretty much proves that they are of an age too young to be doing moderator jobs.
I would like to bring this case to public attention because there is legitimately children being exploited right now by game developers on Steam. And secondly i would like to inquire about organizations where i may report this case exactly? Im not joking, as i have 3 young siblings and im not always there to be able to protect them.
Im not sure how to see how many people are on a discord server, but there are thousands users in that abusive environment.

I write on the discord site with caps lock because i have issues reading and discerning my text from others, and i have always remained polite when i speak to them,it does not give anybody right to reply rudely in an environment that should be formal (platform where customers need to interact and communicate with the game staff) As for why they are nazis it is quite simple,in my behavior in game i was quite clearly mocking and roleplaying as nazi soldier (in the game you can choose to play as them), A GERMAN got offended and reported it to his german friend-the way they conduct themselves in this situations very fasist with the censorship and ignoring that they do.They instantly closed my ticket and permanently muted me with no elaboration,that is why conversation was taken to direct messages.Hope it clears up a little bit the confusion.Anyway i really need to know where i can report these developers,because im concerned for underages being exploited

It's a carbon copy of the late and great Battlefield Heroes. It's casual fun and for $15 bucks it's not that bad.
