FPS and RTS obviously favor kb/m. Mouse is the advantage for certain genre, keyboard not so much.

Racing games too. Sports games. Puzzle games. Adventure games. All better on controller. I mean what other genres are there?

I prefer to use kb+m, but it seems tro me that games that have been made to fit on a controller, the keyboard controls suffer as a result. So for that reason I hate controllers and anyone who uses them.

you mean literally in all games that have free 3d movement, like 3d platformers or hack n slashes too

they are also better for every game that doesn't require precise aiming on the sole basis that it's more comfortable and much more intuitive. I always prefer using a controller unless it's an FPS or some Strategy/builder game. Even survival horrors are better with controller since they are balanced around their aiming speed and tension/risk management of whether you risk a headshot or just spend a lot of ammo on the body, spamming headshots with a mouse like clicking on icons on the desktop does not feel like a better experience, it feels like cheating.

Roguelikes, flight sims, 4x, TBS. And "if the developers go out of their way to make it work well enough on controllers" doesn't work for comparison. On an even field having more buttons means quicker and easier access to various abilities and menus. If something can be made better for controllers it can be made better for KB+M too.
