Mario is a spin off of Donkey Kong, Wario is a spin off of Mario. Ashley would be a spin off of Wario.

Super Mario Land is apart of the core "Super Mario" series. Though, I guess you could argue Super Mario bros is a spin off of the arcade "Mario Bros." Since Mario bros is not considered apart of the near unanimous 19 games in the Super Mario series.

Mario Land was made by a different Nintendo dev than the regular Mario titles for handheld. You could fully argue it's a spin-off series.

You're telling me we just accidentally designed the most cursedly badass Wario game ever? Think like a Yoshi's Island meets Bayonetta fusion-Ashley launches off Wario's back mid-charge and rains hell with spell spam, then lands and recharges while Wario slams forward again. Nintendo, pls.

The thing is that Warioware is an Intelligent Systems property.
They have Warioware, Paper Mario and Fire Emblem all to cycle through, squeezing in a sidegame for one character from Ware is a tall order.
