Not the same, LLM like Deepseek, Claude, GPT, etc. All become dumb even with a bunch of tuning and summerization and lose the plot of what's going on if you deviate from the original prompt or go on too long.

Having LLMs execute arbitrary is already possible. The problem is the mod doesn't have the logic to allow the context of the chat dictate the NPC logic code from the game.

Summarization is automatic, the other two are manual. I think there might be an extension for SillyTavern that can auto-gen lorebook entries, but I'm not positive, I write that stuff myself. Author's note is useful for small things that you want the AI to keep in mind.
