Look the old games are fantastic, I grew up playing them so have a lot of nostalgia for 2 Contracts and BM, but the WoA trilogy is pretty much objectively the series peak. The amount and variety of content is staggering. Music and aesthetic in a lot of the levels is decent enough although it never reaches the heights of the old games. Gameplay is the best in the series as long as you turn off instinct and opportunities.
The only issue is the presentation of the live service stuff which I find to be very obnoxious and off-putting ever since the time of Hitman 2 2018
