Interesting, seems the game is doing dynamic FPS. When you switch a menu, like going from home to race, it unlocks the FPS or increases it around 48-60. When you arrived at a menu it changes back to 30 since the camera is stable. Clever fucks.

Super Creek has the best skill in the game for long distance, Maestro. It's a stam recovery that always triggers. It's so good the card is still useful in JP.
Fine Motion is just a generally good INT card at this point in the game but will get powercrept way sooner than Creek.

Longer distance races require more stamina. Depending on the races your horse competes in you need to fill the stam requirements. Otherwise the most important stat is speed. The shorter the race distances the more you focus on speed power and luck. The longer the distances the more you focus on stam.
