Flower, Sun, and Rain
Are there any other anti-games that are this good? I really like how edgy and creative it is, as well as how much it mocks video game conventions.

This game rocks and Sumio is one of the best video game protagonists

Drakengard might be up your alley if you enjoy wasting your taming and engaging actively in torture.
The edgy part is definetely there.

Are we ever going to get the motherfucking remaster of this? I'd settle for a fan translation of the PS2 game too but Suda51 is the one who keeps bringing it up after remaking The Silver Case and 25th Ward. If you haven't played it already maybe try those and Killer 7 but I have a feeling you have.

Also what do you even mean by anti game and shit? It's hard to suggest stuff when I dont know what that is.

I just started K7, but I've also played The Silver Case and 25th Ward. TSC is my favourite, but i think Suda51 is a genius. Are there any other auterus who bend what a game is capable of like him?

Something that parodies common video game design and brings to light or even makes fun of the abstractions used in taking the world from a game to the player. This is probably a terrible explanation, sorry anon

This is a good answer. The final level is even more masochistic in Drakengard 3. (2 wasn't made by Taro so you can skip it if you want.) Nier Replicant is pretty good for it too but not as troll like in the gameplay and at that point why not keep going and play Automata.

I want to say Metal Gear Solid 2 too. Moon RPG Remix and all the Love De Lic related games. Undertale if a decade of the most retarded fanbase and how popular and memes it got hasn't ruined it for you.

That part where you had to run back and forth on the same stretch of highway multiple times was pure ludo.

I got it once someone said Drakengard and I think maybe Strangers in Paradise but its mostly like that just for Final Fantasy 1.

You have great taste friend, silver case games might be my favorite thing ever. If you can handle jank which it sounds like you can deadly premonition is interesting. Not the same, but it's got loads of atmosphere. Enjoy K7, wish I could play it again.

I literally do not respect a dev that makes "anti-games" unless they make a really fun and well made normal game first.
They never do this. It always turns out that every game they've ever made is "intentionally bad!". How convenient!

I read about them because they tie into Suda51 games. The intro of Silver Case comes from the end of the 2nd game or something. And a FSR character is from one of those games. And probably more obscure shit. The moon driving people crazy symbolism is everywhere in Sudas games too

They should've remastered this game simply because I want eng TL for the PS2 version. While the NDS version are very much playable, the PS2 version is better.

Well then maybe he should make a tv show instead of games were you just walk around and talk to people. God forbid he makes another dogturds action game.

You can but at some point you'll regret not playing The Silver Case because without it FSR will stop making sense.

it's moreso about the fact that America is an empire that affects the world through globalization and soft powers especially Japan which are only really friends with benefits and don't really have each other's best interest in mind deep down and that the only real way to affect change in the world order is through terrorism. Not that Japan really ever had much of a shot at becoming a world dominating power to begin with.
