There is no reason to learn a second language at this point given the advances in LLMs, aside from fun or casual conversation with those around you. Every international business already has bilingual employees who will outlive you. I personally enjoy language studies, so I take Japanese and Mandarin classes. I live in Australia where these languages are actually commonly spoken which also helps the time investment feel worthwhile. If you are learning any language for media consumption it will very soon become irrelevant. You should be learning Spanish for casual conversation in America or, presumably (I don't know shit about Europe), German, French, or Italian for conversation in Europe. I've been to Germany and everyone spoke English but German might be valuable in its surrounds.
The language you find most fun to learn is more important than practicality however, because it will encourage you to stick with it. But if it's all the same, learn what those around you commonly speak. Your games will be MTL'd two years from now anyway.
