Different loadouts, different strategems, different planets. Sometimes they add cool new missions like shooting Overships, other times it's garbage like evacuating civilians.
I just wish different planets mattered more. Give me lower gravity in small moons that affects everyone. Give me planets without an oxygen atmosphere so flamethrowers/most guns don't work.

i haven't got one friend. the matchmaking is good once you've blocked everyone with foreign language usernames. thats really the only bad part, the game has a really bad ping limit so you have to enforce your own.

The first two weeks of launch was a worldwide unification. You had to be here to feel it. After that they nerf the game. But it was the best 2 weeks of 2024. Friends and me just spend a lot of fun with that friendly fire. 2 weeks of epic moments.

They made the Leviathans lame and gay.
They SHOULD be an extremely dangerous threat, to reward me for bringing RR/anti tank chair and shooting them down, it should give my team several minutes of safety.
But no, they kept the instant respawn and just nerfed their shots. They're a nuisance now, never worth actually engaging with or shooting down, just forget they exist.

You need to do neither. Shooting them down is pointless, they respawn instantly. Shielding is pointless, they don't ragdoll you anymore.

It was genuinely only fun for the first month or so. No hyperbole but they totally and irreversibly ruined the game with every passing update and nerf. It resembles nothing that made it fun at launch anymore. I tried to come back to it a month ago and it was just garbage. Performance was worse and nothing meaningful was added or fixed. The other anon who said you just had to be there is right, the game had a very small window of being awesome and it's long past.

well, no. i've played since launch and it has definitely gotten better. if you're whining about nerfs then you were not playing for very long at all. it used to be much more difficult before everything got buffed to where it is now.

idk man i've been here and there since release, it peaked at the invasion of super earth desu, just a lot more variety. release was actually difficult though. bottom of the barrel was around just before EOF
