I'm a yo-yo myself, and these two lines resonate with me quite a bit. It sometimes feels that people around me thought that losing weight will magically solve all my personal issues, but experience both fat and thin tells me otherwise. It is still good to take care of your body, I won't deny that even a little, but it's only one facet of being a complete man.

I'm way too softhearted to be abusive to people, but I do recognize when I'm being treated different due to my weight/looks. You can be the kindest, most generous man around and you'll still be looked down on because you're big.
