16GB will still let you do pretty much everything but at the very very minimum you'd want at least 8. 6/4 VRAM is technically doable but suicide-tier. Also, keep in mind that you can literally run the exact same prompt and settings but the output will still vary noticeably simply because the GPU is different. Also Blackwell (5000 series) has fp4 support, which so far, only Flux supports, but it's pretty big when it comes to image gen. More VRAM will let you run bigger LLM models though, if you also want to get into that.
