Got it for like five dollerydoos on sale because it's anime and Sega

it's a pretty low effort musou, with low enemy density. if you like musous then you know what to expect. if you don't like musous then avoid.

if you care about the dreamcast sakura wars games at all then this one will do nothing but piss you off in every way it can think of: new genre, new lead artist, all the old girls are trapped in literal hell suffering forever...
