It's a pretty common issue, FGO had a similar problem where early buffs literally just added 10% to a skill' existing effects, while new buffs can add like 3-4 new effects, completely changing a servant, so over time some of the very same skills have been buffed twice. It's not a common occurance, but i think BA absolutely should introduce upgrades to already existing unique equipment. No need for fancy new momotalks, just a straight update to the item.
