I'm almost 30. I stopped enjoying video games when I was 18. I still play them but that raw enjoyment from childhood/teenage years never returned. Always the nagging feeling in the back of mind I'm wasting my time. If I can even find a game I like that is, most of the time I can't even play an hour before getting bored of it

You're never too old to play video games. I do think anyone past say 25 who is still totally losing their shit and flaming people in games needs to get some life perspective. Good nature banter is fine and ranting with friends is fine.
