This shit makes no sense, never played a borderlands game, don't have any Bethesda games on my account other than doom and Wolfenstein, I don't play any strategy games. I did pirate Hades though but never cared to finish it.

I am genuinely confused. I don't own any fighting games, nor any Fromsoft stuff. Those recs are coming out of fucking nowhere.
Core Keeper and Across the Obelisk I can at least see the connection (Terraria and Slay the Spire). I already pirated Chained Echoes, it was exceedingly mediocre.

Same here, I touched FighterZ for like 20 minutes years ago just to see if my GPU could run it, now apparently I'm some combo-labbing EVO attendee. Steam's algorithm is like a stubborn old man that remembers one thing about you and never lets it go.

btw how it works is that it takes gameplay history (I assume based on category and dev x time played and how recent) plus what's considered a best seller within the products on sales.
Hence why you might see a lot of popular games. You can adjust if you want newer or older titles or popular or niche.

Dominus Collection is quite good. It has both the map and status screens on the side so you never have to swap, and the remake of Haunted Castle is some good shit, if a little too easy for a Classicvania type thing.

I dropped fighting games 5 years ago and yet I still get them recommended.
The only actually interesting to me here is Logiart Grimoire which seems to be a nonogram game withs tory, which I absolutely devour lately but not for 13 euro and the trailer sounds like voiced over with AI.
2/10 steam is dreck and useless.
