The devs clearly played dungeon fighter because they gave her a bunch of shit that grappler has in it. Grabs in dungeon fighter let you cheese a lot of shit by just holding them down and becoming completely immune to mechanics. So whenever they dont want it to happen they add grab invincibility which converts all of her grabs into grab cannon where she just does a massive attack whenever she attempts to grab something that cant be grabbed. Bullet works basically the same.
