I find that tank/support IDs are the most interesting but most IDs we get are just Damage IDs. I mean look at the last few banners.

They're animated on the UI if I got your question right.
They're not just random mp4s you can grab.
If you were to extract them you'd get a .json file that has the skeleton moving the character around and the images that make up the L2D and you'd still be missing the SFX (all the flashy particles).
I just re-make it myself and then record it on OBS and call it a day for the uptie things, it's simpler for attack animations and idles, and I could but don't bother adding the SFX to the attack animations, the way they put them in the game folders is dumb as hell and not worth anyone's time unless it's a really cool attack.

Had to learn myself like that too, took me a few months to fully master it, I think sometime around part 2 of Canto 5.
Really it’s not TOO hard if you don’t try to mess with the SFX.
The skeleton file has the animation inside and they work like coordinates moving the bones, so you either plug them in Spine and it works by itself or you read each coordinate and fix them yourself manually into another thing.
You just need

Depends how new you mean, heishou faust is the undisputed most broken id in the game. if you mean the thumb banner then leisault is probably the strongest tremor unit, and very good in burn with capote. sinclair is solid in burn teams and helps provide tremor count to get sault going. but he's nothing special outside of sault support. his ammo passive can be pretty helpful if you like to run fullstop though.

I remember, I still think it's silly to pretend the reason for the gameplay issues is "because gacha". Especially given that most of the people who I see argue such will also say the game is unplayably bad right now. Like we're still in early season 2 and battles still consist of praying one sinner doesn't lose their clash and instantly get 3 stagger bars deleted while struggling to get any sort of useful status or synergy up.
The gameplay is worse Ruina but still in many ways more Ruina in my eyes. The reason for most of its flaws is PM doing the PM thing and wildly overcorrecting from a previous balance decision out of apparent spite. The statuses that suffered most out of launch in Limbus are analogous to the ones PM thought were "problems" in Ruina. Like how Poise took three fucking seasons to get a whole usable team.
