Amazing game. Probably one of the most adult games in all the meaning of the word, and probably one of the few mainstream games that deal with the issue of pedophilia (with Elzevir heavely implied to be one).
The sequel, Soul Reaver is also a classic and one of the best games ever created, the writing of Amy Hennig is unmatch to this day.
Blood Omen 2 is nice too.

You’re looking for that sweet blend of bloodsucking and blushes? Go play “Kana Imouto: Eternal Blood Edition”-I’m joking (mostly). But seriously, try "Tsukihime." It's an old-school visual novel where you romance vampire girls, and some are dangerously dere for your blood. If you can handle ancient VN UI and walls of transcendent moon logic, it's god-tier. Also "Bloodlust: Lunar Eclipse" if you can find the fan patch. Real obscure, but has a yandere vampire who calls you her 'eternal donor darling.' Absolute kino.

I could have sworn Tsukihime was only about the blonde. I've seen it around for forever, but maybe now it would interest me with that hook. Thanks. I'm not into horror games, else I'd play stuff like FEAR for alma alongside that last recommend.
