If you're active in the heat and generating sweat, you cool yourself more effectively. Sitting dormant in stagnant heat? Yeah that fucking sucks. But if you're sweating a ton you have to keep hydrated (obviously). AC in the long run is going to be bad for humankind, from an evolutionary standpoint.
