Baby's first male villain, also I think his goofy characterization in the RPGs did wonders on making him more likable. He's less malicious in those games and more of a goofy blowhard who's ego is inflated due to his supporters, outside 64 he isn't even the main villain in those games and even plays a supporting role in a few of them.
