SSRIs do help with OCDs but consult a psychiatrist and not stupid advice on the internet.

Personally I find regular exercise help, from anxiety to depression to OCD.

I have OCD and took Zoloft and it ruined my fucking life. The only thing that's ever helped is doing exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP).
