FUN FACT
Did you know that the too much water complaints are literally only applicable to Emerald because the game transposed the Rayquaza quest from the post-game onto the main game?
Ruby and Sapphire (and by extension Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire) simply have you traversing three simple water routes to get to Sootopolis and Ever Grande - as far as the main game is concerned it has about as much surfing as Kanto.
