Stretch your neck or youβll develop cervical spine problems where your arms can go numb and tingly randomly along with chest pain, and tension headaches.
as a 35 going on 36 gamer I can tell you guys planks made all the difference for my back/neck pain whilst gaming. simplest shit exersice in existence too.

For most people itβs probably a combination of not enough exercise, wearing improperly fitting shoes, bad chairs and/mattresses.
Or theyβve got a physical job standing on a concrete floor all day like in a warehouse, kitchen, or retail storefront.
Shoes can mitigate that but not 100% unless your employer puts down anti-fatigue mats and actually replaces them periodically.

make sure your monitor is at eye level, if you have to look down at the screen your hurting your neck. I see people do this often with laptops , big mistake

not him but my monitors are roughly eye level and i can sit there doing work or browsing the web or whatever for hours and im fine
some games just make me subconsciously tense my shoulder muscles, it's worse with a controller (probably because of the more closed posture)
>poop >poop is still inside at the tip of anus >scoop with finger >tip of finger can still touch poop deeper inside >send the assault team in (water) to get rid of the terrorists >take a shower >counter-terrorists win
My body is in full collapse mode, havent been able to play vidya for a week now because my elbows hands and fingers hurt so much and every time i try to improve muscles with low intensity training i get massive strain

I few years ago stomach problems caused my left arm, shoulder and chest to hurt whenever I exerted any strength with that side of the body. Even pushing on the D pad for more than a few minutes was a problem. I had to fix my diet.

I got symptoms of this from biking, I didn't realize it was from my bike seat. Doctor I went to didn't ask any questions and said "yeah its probably prostatitis" I quit biking and after like 4 months my shit went back to normal

did you have thumb problems with your golfers elbow?
I am pretty convinced ive developed it because i have elbow pain and a numb pinky but i also have thumb pain and mobility issues but that shouldnt be possible from golfers elbow/ulnar nerve contraption
>wake up the other day with a bump on my head >figure I just got restless in my sleep and hit my headrest or something, whatever >area between my right ear and the back of my head has been off-and-on slightly numb ever since
guess i'm dying

if you suspect you have a tumor and its actually at the surface of your skull its worthwhile to attempt to remove it
its the tumors deep in the middle that are instakillers

I have no real reason to assume it's anything other than a bad knock considering it was big and red and hurt on day one and now it's basically nonexistent. and maybe "numb" is overselling it, it's the kinda thing where if a doctor asked me to put it on a scale of 10 I probably wouldn't say anything more than 2.

Not him but at the peak of my NEETdom about a decade ago I could edge it for pretty much the entire day, cumming up to a dozen times, taking short break to shitpost, etc. It really wasn't difficult so I wonder how could that other anon get prostate problems.

That's been happening to me a lot lately. If you're too sedentary just sitting down gets painful. You have to get up and do something and change/move your furniture if you have to. Whatever you do, do not sit up in bed gaming for hours.

Probably. But I can stand and maintain my boner now which I couldn't do when I was fat and smoking and drinking every night. There's a reality check for coomers who don't realize how much cardio sex is. Stand up and thrust while fapping and see if you can keep it hard until you finish.

I have a very physically active job, and I'm physically active on my days off going to the gym and biking, and I usually limp for my first few minutes after getting out of bed. 34 Years old.

I keep thinking I'm over videogames and that I can't enjoy them anymore, until I run into that a game that still does it for me and I have the time of my life.
Turns out I still like games, my taste has just gotten so good that I now realise that 95% of games are shit and not really worth my time. I kind of miss having shit taste, I could even play Call of Duty as a kid and enjoy it. Now most things just seem like boring slop to me

Go into a full squat position (back of thighs touching calves), get your posture as straight as you can, and extend your arms straight up in the air like you're doing an overhead press for sets of 20 at a time. (You can alternate hands to stay longer in the position per set.)
