The problem is that games and porn don't mix well.
A fun game that rewards you with porn boils down to CGs, same thing with animated cutscenes.
And combining the porn with gameplay means that you need to be able to easily play with one hand.
All the best porn games I've played had gameplay I liked, and all the good porn parts were during cutscenes, meaning they didn't need to be combined, and could've easily been a game with official doujins or something.
