There's the 3 idolmaster rhythm games for phones. Japanese text only but Starlight Stage and Theater Days are easy enough to navigate. Haven't gotten around to trying the third one out yet

no input lag whatsoever, perfectly smooth, very low cpu/gpu usage (should run fine on steam deck even)

I'm still very upset that they completely stopped supporting the PS4 version of the game, even while the PS4 was still current. The fact that DLC is never on sale is also a big issue, as is the fact that they roll back on features because of lawsuits.

DJ MAX was always just the crappy IIDX knockoff for people who didn't want to spend on an IIDX controller, but with how much DLC and season pass jewery there is in RESPECT it'd be cheaper to get an IIDX controller.

You can also play DJMAX up to 6b in Steam mode and use the knobs for the side notes. I'm not sure how comfortable it would be to play like that, though.
Of course, any 4/6 button VSRG will work well with that controller too.
