You would simply go over the enemy's head.

You could make it so that they do no damage but upon calculating the exact HP of the enemy through their abilities they deal status ailments up to instant death depending on the conditions.
Abilities being stuff like Add/Subtract/divide/multiply by 1/10/100/1000.
