There's never been a good battle shonen. The entire genre was flawed from the gecko thanks to it being based off of Toriyama who is about as much of a writer as Rob Liefeld or L.. Ron Hubbard.

Anime is just glorified ads to boost dying manga sales and promote idol voice actors. Nobody cared about sakamoto days for example till it got anime’d. Creators have zero control (they don't hold the IP rights) CGI trash, censorship, and corporate cash grab, is modern anime

This only applies to less popular manga, popular manga that get animated don't have this problem. Even the DanDaDan anime has the demons based on Xi Jinping and his cabinet
The only important case of recent censorship i've seen is Solo Leveling but shitty as it is the censorship is very understandable

The only people care troonjitsu kaisen are fujos, nothing is surpassing Naruto DBZ and one piece, new shonens just get worse and worse
