This left the only people giving them feedback no-life homosexuals and artfags which also coincidentally was who was writing the game. They made a random NPC a companion in the early access so you could fuck him because gays wanted to. It's pretty sexual if not explicitly. One companion is in a religious sex cult, another was locked in a sex dungeon for centuries, one is literally wearing bdsm gear when you find her.
