That's only for the base game. The actual full game costs more and nowadays you have to pay per separate song pack.

That's standard for rhythm games if I'm not mistaken. I also own some Miku ones and it's the exact same there. You get a decent selection of songs though in the base game, the DLC is also discounted so it's not a bad deal.
