Literally all you need to do for your diet
>Eat a lot of protein
>Don't eat more calories than you burn if you're trying to lose weight
>Eat more calories than you burn if you're trying to put on muscle

make potatoes, make soups and stews, stir fry you some rice.
you cannot get fat this way, you can only get fat if you eat fast food or snack. you wont feel like cooking more than you need, and cutting out all the highly processed foods and a large portion of the processed foods will keep your metabolism functioning properly

I eat two sandwiches on white bread every other day and I still haven't gained an ounce of belly fat. Used to eat a lot of white rice and pasta too but not as much. Fat people get fat from eating an excess of amount of every other thing listed in the bad carbs section in addition to eating constant takeout which isn't included in the image.

They're just incredibly calorie inefficient, anon. Yeah, you can eat only cake and if you subsist on 1600 calories worth of cake a day you won't be fat. Protein and fiber are the most calorie efficient things you can eat as they take the longest to digest and make you feel full the longest.
