I think Korras traits would befit a man more than a woman and would've worked if they made them funny or endearing, then show her growing and maturing. People like cocky or tough characters. Turns out I had inadvertently created Korra (same skin color, same color scheme, same hair style, similar kind of top) without knowing who Korra was at the time.
