As someone who foolishly recently got into gachas, I think each one has its positives and negatives, but of the big ones, I play Genshin the least. It has the fewest amount of QoL improvements for those who haven't invested in characters (see: new), such QoL improvements are found and improved on out of the box with, say, WuWa. The standard banner characters are nothing compared to newer characters or fully formed teams. This is a problem mainly because Genshin expects you, as a new player, to spend to try to catch up to everyone while at the same time giving you the least amount of premium currency for your time compared to other gacha games. Most other gacha games will throw 5-20 pieces of premium currency for opening a chest, while in Genshin it's 1-5 most of the time. It does have some things going for it, like despite not having the same QoL improvements for movement/aerial movement, exploration is really generally well done. Combat is fine once you have a character that makes it a non-issue, which is not a trait exclusive to Genshin either.

There's not a single good character in this game, it's all cringe wannabe-anime slop. I only ever played the game for the visuals, world and exploration. But I got filtered by the grinding.

I like ZZZ but it's totally directionless; the devs clearly intended it to be a rougelike with brief action combat sections but at some point people got the idea that it was supposed to be Genshin Impact - Urban Edition. So now it's mess where the devs are continuously gutting old systems why throwing in half-baked new ones in a desperate attempt to stop the game from hemorrhaging players while it's still online. It's like if someone in your house got shot, and you keep looking for shitty first-aid alternatives instead of just calling the ambulance and taking them to a hospital. After the huge 1.4 dropoff, they should've legit taken the game offline for a few months to regroup and rework it into something that people actually like; and I say all this as somebody who generally liked the TV modes.
Not to mention that its story is lackluster as well. Things pretty much just happen for the sake of happening, obvious major plot points like Fairy have been dropped, and they've even slowly phased out the comic CG scenes in favor of text on black screens because the art team has been gutted and integrated into their other games. So what you've got left is a plot that the devs themselves are barely interested in with almost no context to what's happening besides characters talking at you about it.
The only thing ZZZ does right is fanservice. The girls are hot, most of them are super into (You) and the ones that aren't are noticeably not as popular as they could be, which is why people only post cosplays and fanart; the rest of the game just isn't worth talking about.

As someone who played since day 1, I feel like Sumeru was the low point. Not early sumeru but once you got to the fucking boring desert, the game felt like a slog. Inazuma wasn't bad, the story was kinda dumb but the environments were cool.
Fontaine's swimming gimmick was such a breath of fresh air, and IMO I really like all the movement gimmicks in Natlan.

I liked the idea of TV mode but it always felt like a massive waste of time just from all the over-animation on what should be simple 2D graphics. Like even moving on a 2D grid felt clunky and unresponsive because they over-animated your icon moving from one screen to the next.

But yeah, the semi-open world shit they introduced in 2.0 feels like a massive waste of time and the whole pivot away from controlling Eous into "well shit you can just walk into the fuggin hollow yourself" is like they really didn't have a plan for anything.
