I dont find most multiplayer FPS games that stressful, I can play things like call of duty or CS and even if I'm on a losing streak it never bothers me, I just wasn't prepared for how stressful EFT was

I don't like horror games because the movement is almost always obtuse on purpose.
I think I'd love a horror game where the movement was akin to Mirror's Edge, Outlast Trials came close but it was too cartoonish and over the top to be scary.
Horror game direction just doesn't work for me. Same with stealth. Trying to sneak past scary enemies in a game with neither element is much more thrilling and engaging.

I can't enjoy scary games or movies because they're too stupid and unreal so I can't be scared. Its just a media form created to bring out your best jumpscare reactions but I'm smart enough to not fall for their schemes. Good horror games when?

NO they're not. Cannabis increases my anxiety and I'd rather play something more chill.
Alcohol + Horror games is the combo you're looking for.
At least you can experience some sort of emotional output from them. Besides being a fan of the art direction of horror games, my mind wont let itself feel fear from something it knows is fake
