Whenever I play this game I burn myself out farming for money between basic braining and whatever happens after.
I remember getting the cobweb collector and giving up because I didn’t want to go jumping through all those levels again for more shit.

Pretty much. I think it's major saving grace is that it's particularly short, so you're not going to have to put up with the bullshit for long, but it ends on an unsatisfying cliffhanger and the sequel game is retarded woke. There's a level in 2 where you're forced to climb a wedding cake for gay men and watch them be gay and kiss.
