This thing is the biggest cocktease at the moment. C'mon, release the thing. Make Switch the ultimate Metroid machine.

they won't release it until after prime 4, at this point it's better served as a stop gap between metroid 6/prime 5

Shit games that wont sell. Why would Nintendo care to remaster them instead of any other succesful IP?

corruption needs a full on remake not just a remaster. I would pay out the ass for a version of the game where hypermode isnt OP and enemy hp pools arent sky high

they did the same with dread and metroid 2/fusion. Retarded

At least Prime 4 is largely ratcheted from the story of the original trilogy

you don't need a remake for that, you can easily tweak those values

>>714014721
I never even asked for a prime remaster level of re-release for the prime trilogy, I would be content if they did a basic HD work-up with modern controls and still expect that for 2 and 3 (like pikmin 1/2). Prime R was a nice surprise.

I have my doubts about MP3 being ported but now with the mouse controllers of the Switch 2 I think it could be great

it will be better than dread by default by not having stealth segments. I predict it'll be somewhere in between Prime 1/2 and 3 (something in between a solid 8 and low 9)

The ultimate Metroid machine was the Wii U, it had all the Metroid games including Other M, do we really want an Other M port/remaster? Samus ass in HD sounds great, and the controllers can be improved, but it would still be Other M

I want this to happen but I have a bad feeling MP2 Will be a NSO release and MP3 will be a Skyward Sword HD deal at best or a future Wii NSO release as well.

I would love a Twilight Princess Definitive Edition like what XC1 got but with the various different control schemes across each version, 60 FPS, and HD's QOL changes. Also add a way to pass time faster and it'd be incredible
>>714010378 (OP)
I could see them doing a Prime Remastered Switch 2 edition down the line with 2 and 3 if they don't do standalone releases. Either to coincide with 4 or after 4 comes out

I've played and finished TP on Gamecube and Wii. I played and finished Wind Waker on Gamecube and Wii U. Even after doing this, I do not understand why they are held in such high regard. I kind of understand Wind Waker since I do like the sailing when I can start actually sailing without getting stopped, and the visuals are nice, but I had to force myself to finish both of these games. I cannot understand why TP is looked at as anything other than a 7.5 or an 8/10 game at best.

Maybe I just don't "get" Zelda, but for two games that are supposedly among the best in the franchise, they are very difficult to see through to the end.

I disagree outside of the one where you get the ball and chain and can snowboard down the cliff. And really then it wasn't spectacular. That said, if you enjoyed them, that's great. Just because I didn't find them that great, doesn't mean others like you shouldn't.
