Like at the end of Bananza, they show Pauline Jr. reunite with Pauline, but not show Mario to build suspense, like people will be making theories about "Who is Pauline Jr.'s father?" and then Nintendo announces she is Mario's daughter as a big surprise during the 40th Anniversary Direct, and then maybe a Super Mario Odyssey Switch 2 Edition with an expansion DLC about Pauline Jr. on her own adventure.
