If you haven't made it in any of the competitive e-sport before hitting 21 you should just stop playing that shit, it's only downhill from there. Even if you are below the age, not grinding I even for a single day can affect you performances, forget about the mood swings or general health and conditioning.

It's all good, everyone is getting older, learning about the world and what it has to offer. Maybe if you lucky you will actually get a life and stop playing games all together..
