Probably not but that has more to do with modern game optimization than the hardware, it'll be stronger than the Switch 2 forever at least because of the Z2 Extreme chip (since the Z1 extreme is already better if not on par)

It's far more powerful than the switch 2, but its battery life will be its biggest limiter to the point you may even question if its really portable and usable outside of your house

The base consoles already play most newer games at the equivalent of low settings with ultra textures
The base consoles are basically a 2070 with worse rt and no ai upscale, pro is like 9060xt with no good upscaling.

Why don't you just buy a graphics card and triple your FPS and resolution? Handhelds are for kids (including the Switch). You'll ruin your eyes playing on such a small screen.
