Deltarune was popular during a period when something else was supposed to be shilled, so they started deleting threads when interest still existed naturally.
When mods delete shit that still has natural interest, people just make more threads.

However, Ch3/4 has been pretty good in the story development, so its possible Toby can nail all three at this rate. I mean we're halfway through, and we're going to still look back at 4 chapters fondly, thats a really good sign!
