despite having a job, I still feel like a useless neet

Emigrating to Japan in August/September after years of trauma/self-reflection here in the states. Got a school that's filling out the COE application as I type this. Going to be learning Japanese full time. Still have no clue what I'll be doing in the work force once I do become fluent, but that's a bridge I will happily cross once I come to it. Anything to get myself away from this place. As for what I'm playing...mostly Baldur's Gate 3. Over 3000 hours logged so far. Thinking about resubscribing to FFXIV because every developer insists on releasing nothing but soulless remasters/remakes this year.

working on coding projects 2-4 hours a day every day in hopes that someone will hire me in the far future
