that's not how it works, the platform is not a console but is called "nvidia", devs use every shitty nvidia GPU technology possible to offshore their work and then it's just a matter of compiling on amd64 or arm. nintendo is using nvidia because of that, amd is just copying nvidia sys calls, but pc will always be on top followed by what seems to be nintendo since they have a custom nvidia chip that is better than what the steam deck can offer.

because it's still equivalent to a mid budget real nvidia GPU obviously being inside an unventilated battery powered tablet. but most casuals don't care and nintendo users are used to play 20 fps games, and the nvidia bloat permits for easily scalable graphic settings (so that making a downgraded version of cyberpunk for example i bet was pretty easy)
