Nintendo is increasing the prices of the switch, the games, amiibo and nintendo online in Canada.

How are Canadians coping? it'll likely come to all other regions as well.

It's not like that at all.
To cover government spending, which the Biden administration committed in abundance, more dollars have to be printed to afford their expenditures. Due to the fact that the US Dollar is a fiat currency, an overabundance of supply causes it's value to collapse, thus driving prices up.
Trump at least had the goal of cutting government spending so inflation doesn't keep going up. Getting prices down after the dollar has already lost so much value is extremely difficult, and would involve the economy going into a recession where consumers would stop buying at such a scale that companies would be forced to lower their prices to get people to buy from them again.

Canada already taxes digital goods for buyers. The new law was to make tech companies actually pay taxes to Canada based on revenue they made from Canadians buying things like digital subscriptions or digital goods. If a company sold 20 million or something of digital goods to Canadians then they would have to pay 3% in tax to the Canadian government. Tech companies don't like when you try to take their money so they cried to Trump.

Once again, lagging indicator. Also all the money didn't immediately go into the economy since most people pocketed trump's bribe until they needed to spend it, so yes it could take 2 years for the money printed in 2020 to get directly injected into the economy.

Yeah, that ain't the case at all. Particularly when you can clearly see how inflation started dropping back to pre-2020 levels after trump cut a large amount of government expenditures.
A one time round of checks isn't going to cause inflation to skyrocket over several years, the consistent budgetary hike that Biden instituted however, will.

First, anecdotal evidence.
Second, trump didn't cut government expenditures during the trump virus pandemic.
Third you underestimate the sheer amount of money trump printed out, it was almost $13 trillion. $5.2 trillion for COVID relief + $4.5 trillion for quantitative easing + $3 trillion for infrastructure just created without new taxes. This was also March 2021 before Biden's American Rescue Plan was implemented, so you can't even try and say it's combination of the two.

Son, that's the anecdotal evidence 101. And once again, inflation is a lagging indicator, as more and money of trump's money got injected into the economy, inflation goes up. You'll notice it only peaks out in 2022 and starts coming down after that. You make it sound like it started in 2022.

One, we already have studies showing that's what happened. It also dispelled the Republican myth that people were lazy and weren't working for work too.
Second inflation has been 'stable' since 2023, so if anything trump is enjoying the fruits of what Biden did since again, it's a lagging indicator.

https://www.chicagobooth.edu/review/how-effective-were-stimulus-checks-us
>Within the first 10 days, households spent an average of 29 cents from every dollar received.
That means people sat on 71 cents per dollar and was more slowly put into the economy instead of the trillions at once.
This is where you poison the well.

That article was from before Biden was even president.
You haven't shown any actual proof that the massive amount of inflation was due to Trump's stimulus checks and not Biden's massive spending, that you still refuse to address.

>Moving the goalposts
Again, since you're intentionally ignoring it, inflation is a lagging indicator and all the money trump dumped into the economy wasn't all injected into it at once because people sat on average 71 cents of every dollar when they received it meaning it would have been spent going into Biden's term so that's why inflation rose.

I haven't moved a single goal post and you still refuse to address Biden's massive spending. You also keep saying inflation is a lagging indicator but haven't provided any proof of that either.

You did, also trump's bribes is what kicked off inflation no matter how much you want to whine about Biden.

>the trump virus pandemic
the pandemic he tried to stop, but was overruled by democrats to allow 5 trillion chinese agents into america, kicking off ground zero in new york? the trump virus lmao. it's 2025, revisionist history is over. the kung flu was made to get trump in, and give more ground to china in america. why they chose joe "corpse" biden as their in, i'll never know. he did so bad he gave trump a second historic landslide.

damn, his "trying to stop the pandemic" sure looks a lot like what someone trying to spread one faster would do.

the first thing he did was try to shut out foreign nations. the first thing democrats did was overrule him. shutdowns didn't work at all, just like the vaccine didn't do anything, nor masks. every single preventative used did absolutely nothing. meanwhile, sweden ignored it all entirely, didn't vaccinate, didn't lock down, and was back in business a month later. fauci isn't going to let you suck his dick. you got covid 30 times not because you got 50 vaccines, it's because you're a fat retarded slob that gets no sun, real food, or exercise.
