Let this be yet another lesson that just because you can make a super complicated game doesn't mean you should. If you can't attract at least some casuals to your game, it will inevitably die because you'll eventually have nothing but a slowly diminishing group of cutthroat sweats that will wither over time.

Matches keep going on for longer and longer.
It use to be my average gametime was closer to 30 minutes, and now matches are running well past 45 minutes.
Every game we have to go back to base after weakening the patron, when we use to be able to play through the ults.
If matches were closer to 20 minutes, or they introduced a hyper mode, I would come crawling back (probably).

I left a fair bit of feedback on things I liked and things I didn't like before, and even got a couple (You)'s from Yoshi on the forums. But I might as well not bother now, because they explicitly put up the extra extra alpha to filter out everyone who'd just been randomly invited and whose feedback they didn't want

Lash was my main and while I do admit he was pretty strong he got nerfed in every patch for a while to the point that I just stopped caring even though I still liked other heroes. I might try the game if it moves to a beta and adds in all the new heroes they're testing. For now I have not played it in a long while.
