yeah the Irish criminal family are entertaining in their own right, but the whole bank robbery just comes out of nowhere. I know it's the fan favorite mission but after replaying GTA 4 recently I was surprised at how weird the pacing is. There is no build up to anything, you just get missions like Three Leaf Clover sandwiched between missions where you have to open an email at an internet cafe. The whole Italian mafia storyline with the diamonds is god awful though

Or keep Roman or Kate alive? Kate is the one girlfriend in the game you can't have sex with!! and she breaks up with you if you keep her alive, wow great choice! unlike my cool cousin Roman who I can hang out with and get fast travel across the city with his cabs for free.

GTA 4 is one of my faves, I just wish it had a bit more to the choices.
